- By agreeing to subscribe or take a free trial, it is presumed you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by the terms of the following disclaimer and user agreement:
- Any person whether in India or outside registering or communicating with Comexstock.com (hereafter referred as CST) are liable to get solicited call for further tasking purpose. They may also get occasional promotional mails or SMS or direct calls or any other such communications and it should not be viewed as Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC) liable for any punitive measures under TRAI orders.
- Currently, these services are available in India only. If in case you have not read these conditions and paid us from outside the country, applicants are not liable for any refund. Also the charges levied are for the costs involved in delivering the message to your mobile or for the administrative purpose.
- These messages are under the clause and relates to a service or financial transaction under a specific contract between the parties to such contract under National Do Not Call Registry or any other international law. If they wish not to receive such messages, it should be communicated well in time. By agreeing to this, you are giving CST the right to call you or send SMS for the services you have subscribed to or related activities. As per the rule, no commercial messages are to be delivered after 9 PM. However, the message being financial in nature and subscriber opted on his/her own will, message may be delivered through other means, if it is very necessary.
- The tips, analysis and other such services are for general viewing and should not be construed as a signal to trade. These views/ forecasts/ suggestions, though proffered with the best of intentions, are based on our reading of the market at the time of writing. Many of these are provided by third parties and they also have the same intention. They are subject to change without notice.

The time to deliver the SMS is dependent upon the traffic on the mobile network and whether the applicant’s mobile phone is within reach and switched on and cannot therefore be guaranteed by CST. Since we are not a mobile network operator we do not guarantee the delivery of SMS text messages.
- The applicants to these services confirm that they have provided the accurate mobile number to be reached by SMS and the applicant is the owner or its legitimate user, or that the applicant has the consent of the owner or legitimate user, of the mobile phone using for the Services.
- The applicant of the services offered by CST acknowledges that using another person's mobile phone/providing inaccurate mobile phone number/unauthorized use of mobile phone number for receiving the SMS may entail disclosure of applicant ‘s confidential information which disclosure shall be at the sole risk of the applicant
- Applicants must not use (or permit any third party to use) the messages sent adding Spam, illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or menacing content or causes annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety or infringes the rights of third parties. CST reserves the right to withdraw the SMS service to such applicants if they breach this condition with no refund over and above the legal proceedings.
- The applicant acknowledges that the SMS Services may, at any time, be adversely affected by problems with the applicant’s mobile phone network, including, without limitation, interference to the network coverage. CST is not responsible or liable to the applicant for any loss, damage or expenses incurred directly or indirectly.
- The applicant shall at its sole risk be responsible for taking all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized persons gaining access to the services. You are also not allowed to distribute these services at your end, breach of which will be liable for legal action.
- CST in its sole discretion can temporarily suspend the provision of the services if such provision could materially affect the quality of any telecommunications service, including the Services, provided by CST.

- These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The applicants acknowledge that there will not be any claims or disputes arising in relation to the services provided by CST. If it does, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Kochi only.
- We may modify these Terms at any time at our sole and absolute discretion, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms.
- You agree to review the Terms periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access to and/or use of the CST SMS shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Terms. All information/data and materials available on CST SMS is under copyright to us .The copyrights of third parties, including but not limited to our supporting service vendors are also hereby reserved. The information/data and materials are accessible for browsing purposes only.
- CST does not guarantee the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of any information or its advisories and is not responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information. CST states that it has no financial liability whatsoever to any user on account of the use of information provided on its website or through the text messages.
